Potato Cheese Soup

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 cups chicken broth
  • 6 diced potatoes
  • 1 rib celery finely chopped
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 grated medium onion
  • 1 pint cream
  • 2 cups grated cheese

DIRECTIONS

Cook all vegetables in broth until tender.
Thicken vegetable mixture with flour and water (3-4 Tbs flour with a little water).
Add 1 pint cream and 2 cups grated cheese.
Season with salt, pepper and parsley flakes, to taste.
