Potato Cheese Soup

INGREDIENTS
- 5 cups chicken broth
- 6 diced potatoes
- 1 rib celery finely chopped
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 grated medium onion
- 1 pint cream
- 2 cups grated cheese
DIRECTIONS
Cook all vegetables in broth until tender.Thicken vegetable mixture with flour and water (3-4 Tbs flour with a little water).
Add 1 pint cream and 2 cups grated cheese.
Season with salt, pepper and parsley flakes, to taste.
