from mom:
3-4 cups of blueberries
1/2 c juice from frozen berries or water if using fresh berries
3/4 c sugar
2 TBS tapioca
1 1/2 TBS corn starch
1 tsp lemon juice
mix liquid, sugar, tapioca, corn starch and thicken. Add berries and lemon juice. Pour into a pie crust and top with another one. Bake at 425 for 30 min.

mmm...sounds good. i would make it tomorrow if i hadn't already bought stuff for sour cream lemon (which i've NEVER even tried before).
